COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW RESTRICTIONS FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO NETHERLANDS, GERMANY AND FRANCE

Dear passengers,
According to the latest decision by the Government of Netherlands, please be informed that all passengers travelling to the Netherlands by air or sea from high-risk areas must be able to produce a negative result of a rapid COVID-19 test performed shortly before their departure. The test must not have been performed more than 4 hours prior to boarding the aircraft.
This requirement is in addition to the existing mandatory negative test result for a PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before arrival in the Netherlands.
These measures will take effect on Saturday, 23 January 2021 at 00.01, and they also apply to people travelling to the Caribbean parts of the Netherlands.

‼At the moment there are no flights from Ohrid Airport to Netherlands, but as soon as those flights are resumed, these measures will apply, until further notice.
According to the latest information we have received by German Border Police, from Sunday 24th January 2021, midnight, passengers departing from North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania to Germany must have a negative Covid-19 test, not older than 48 hours before arrival.
The test result has to be in German, English or French language. PCR-Tests, LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) and TMA (transcription-mediated amplification) are accepted.

German authorities further notice that the negative test results must be in paper form or digitally and the producer of the antigen test has to be visible.

According to the latest information we received by the French Embassy in Skopje, as of 18th January 2021, all passengers departing from North Macedonia (and all non-EU countries) to France, must present a negative PCR test, not older than 72 hours.
At the moment from Ohrid Airport there is no direct flight to France.
