ATTENDING THE SECOND OHRID INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR
16 January 2009 year The Tourism Promotion & Development Agency, incooperation with The Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations & The Hotel Association of Macedonia and Skopje Fair, with the support from the Government of theRepublic of Macedonia, organizesThe Second Ohrid International Tourism Fair, Wine, Eco-food, Tourism-related Crafts and a Tourism ForumIn Ohrid, Macedonia, from 17th till 20th January 2009. Ohrid The St. Paul The Apostle Airport is one of the many attending companies at this fair. The main goal of this event is the international promotion of Macedonia as tourist destination. There is expected participation of many domestic and international tourist operators, tourist agencies & associations, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport organizations, medical helth & rehabilitation centers, food & vine industry, tourist-related crafts and other tourist-related services.
The participation at this event is an excellent opportunity for Ohrid's airport to promote itself again as "a tourist friendly airport", which helps and supports the tourist development in the airport's catchment area, promoting cheap, acceptable and best quality airport services, specially for air-carriers with organized charter tourist flights. |
